About This Project

We loved the challenge of creating a design approach that would highlight and showcase Baer & Bosch Auctioneers’ featured auction lots. We established a creative, visual solution that works well with these items by incorporating vibrant colors while maintaining Baer & Bosch’s signature style of high-end elegance through minimalistic designs meant to show off each lot instead of overwhelming potential buyers with pictures or text.

 

Our team at Nonsuch media has always valued the importance of Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, a company that is renowned for their impeccable service and expertise. We enjoyed taking on this project with them because we believe in what they do so much! We wanted to make Baer & Bosch’s auction catalog attractive and modern. After much research, we knew an artistic presentation would be key for enticing clients and showcasing the items on offer. We decided that presenting each item individually was one way of doing this because every object could then have its own page filled with detailed information about where it came from or what kind of condition it is in before buyers made their purchase decision.

 

We also knew that we wanted to give the catalog a clean, orderly feel. To do this, we used distinct colors and fonts on alternating pages so that readers would not become overwhelmed with too much information at one time. This helps organize the items in an easy-to-read manner.
